The Director of Member Services and Engagement strategizes and oversees the association’s member engagement activities, including membership processing, recruitment and retention efforts, and customer service to members. The Director reviews and recommends membership policies and administrative procedures for achieving optimal member service. Oversees the membership department, customer service including the reception desk, and member help services. Works with the membership team to develop and maintain up-to-date functional documentation, standard operating procedures and system documentation. Coordinating with the Marketing & Communications team, the Director strategizes membership communications campaigns in all media.
